  • Lower whole of life costs.
  • Enables early rent income.
Other benefits include:
  • The appearance of building services can be styled by the architect for the first time.

Chilled Ceilings Chilled Ceilings
Trox chilled ceilings provide the occupants of buildings with a high indoor air quality with reduced noise levels and greater efficiency than standard all air systems. The benefits of chilled ceilings include:
  • Less energy is used to remove heat via water than air, therefore providing operational cost savings and smaller plant space requirements.
  • A smaller ceiling void than necessary with an all air system.
  • Easy maintenance with no moving parts above the ceiling.
  • Large proportion of radiant cooling gives high levels of comfort in the occupied zone.
  • Fresh air can be introduced via ceiling or floor mounted diffusers, using mixed flow or displacement methods.
