Cooke Industries cut ductwork projects down to size with high quality ductwork from the most automated ductshop in New Zealand.
Cooke have designed and produced ductwork for over 50 years, and have developed a system of ductwork cutting and fabrication which is economical to fold cut and assemble, and meets leakage test criteria across a wide range of velocities.
The plant features the only fully automated coil line in NZ for the production of rectangular straight ductwork. Together with ancillary automated flange forming, corner insertion, folding and seam closing machinery, this means quick delivery and minimised cost.

- QuickPen Vulcan CAD system for detailing of ductwork and optimised nesting of components.
- Lockformer/Formtek fully automated coil line for production of rectangular straight ductwork and fitting blanks with minimised wastage.
- Dual table plasma cutter for accuracy and speed of fitting production.
- All ductwork is built to SMACNA 2005 standards with construction to the HVCA standard DW144 optional.
