The Aerco heaters are compact vertical cross-flow heat exchangers with concentric free-floating helical coils for maximum heat exchange efficiency and low maintenance. They feature:
- Accurate temperature control to within 2K even under fluctuating load.
- High efficiency as the exclusive Loadalert control anticipates changes in energy demand and balances energy input to energy demand.
- Space saving vertical design, eliminating storage requirements.
- Minimal energy losses with secondary fluid in the shell and small total surface areas.
- Application flexibility with multiple heaters in series or parallel.
- Automatic de-scaling through normal flexure of the free-floating helical coils.
