Tubeless Steam Generators
The Northvale tubeless steam generators in size models from 100 to 300 kg/h are the ideal solution for small to medium size plants where medium pressure (up to 6 Bar) steam is required.
The tubeless design ensures high standards of safety and reliability and is particularly suitable for garment industries, dry cleaning, and all industrial processes where high reliability is required. The main features are:
- Compact overall dimensions – vertical arrangement.
- Fully packaged and ready for installation.
- Quick startup and reduced boilerhouse supervision.
- Easy cleaning and inspection from both smoke and water sides.
- High efficiency.
- Pressurised burners for gas and diesel oil fuels.
The steam generators are complete with electrical panel, valves, feed pump and safety and regulation devices. Accessories available include flues, feed water tanks and blowdown vessels.

Steam Boilers
These heavy duty shell and tube steam boilers are available in sizes from 100 to 17,000kg/h, and pressures up to 15bar, and are the ideal solution for demanding applications with large steam spaces for good quality dry steam.
The models are supplied fully packaged for easy installation and require only the connection to power, water supply, steam & blowdown lines. They comply with EU efficiency and emission regulations and are suitable for any kind of liquid or gaseous fuel.
There are a range of models to suit the particular application requirements:
- AX and BX – Three pass reverse flame wet back steam boilers with steam production duties from 100 to 5,100kg/h and pressures up to 15Bar. With full stainless steel casing, these are particularly suitable for food or sanitary applications.
- GX - A three pass wet back horizontal fire tube steam boiler produced especially for industrial plants. With duties from 1700 to 17000kg/h at pressures up to 15Bar, these technically advanced boilers provide excellent performance, reliability, endurance and control.
These boilers have a large water content, making them the best solution for heavy duty applications.

Medium Temperature Hot Water Boilers
Similar to the above range of steam boilers, the ASX & ASGX range of medium temperature hot water boilers and TNX range of low temperature hot water boilers feature large water volumes and heating surfaces for demanding applications.
Suitable for high pressure applications from 200kW to 12,000kW, and temperatures up to 150°C.
